C2R-GM29 Radio Replacement Interface for Select 29-bit LAN General Motors Vehicles without On-Star®

Facilitates replacement of a factory radio while retaining all factory safety warning chimes and audible turn signal indicators. Compatible with amplified and non-amplified audio systems.

Product Features:

• R.A.P. keeps the radio powered after the key is off, until the driver door is opened or a 10 minute timer ends, whichever comes first. The C2R-GM29 also provides a SWC (Steering Wheel Control) output wire at the interface. By using this interface, the Parking Assist System will receive a “healthy” system status and the Rear Seat Audio controls will also be available for use (if equipped).
• Retains factory sub.
• Retains the vehicles accessory power (R.A.P.) as well as the 12-Volt output.
• Keeps the vehicles door chimes and audible turn signal indication.
• Digital amplifier turn-on.
• Steering wheel control output.
• Allows for the use of rear seat controls.
