Returns

webtron-x will issue a refund for items purchased from the site within 30 days of the date the shipping company and tracking information shows the package was delivered. In order to receive a refund the item must be in the same condition that it was when it was shipped by webtron-x. A 20% restocking fee and deduction of shipping fees may apply.

10 meter radios are only allowed to be returned/exchanged through the manufacturer per FCC law.

Warranty

webtron-x offers a 30 day warranty on all products unless stated otherwise. After 30 days the remaining warranty would be the manufacturers factory warranty unless stated otherwise.
