You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused shipment, failed delivery, or unauthorized rerouting may be deducted from a refund or charged to the customer.

Risk of loss and responsibility for an order may transfer to the purchaser upon documented delivery, subject to applicable law. Please inspect deliveries promptly and notify us immediately of missing, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, destination, manufacturer requirements, or applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, installation is not included with an online product purchase. You are responsible for arranging proper installation and following all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and safety requirements.

webtron-x is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modification, incompatible applications, failure to follow instructions, or installation performed by an unqualified person.

9. Manufacturer Warranties

Products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim requirements are determined by the applicable manufacturer.

Warranty coverage generally does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, cosmetic damage, normal wear, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

We may require proof of purchase, photographs, serial numbers, troubleshooting information, or return of the product before processing or assisting with a warranty claim.

Except where otherwise required by law, webtron-x does not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated by webtron-x or the applicable manufacturer.

10. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons
